As a Benefits Administrator, you will administer the employee benefits, workers' compensation, auto claims, leave of absence, and retirement programs while serving as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. You will ensure benefit programs are administered accurately, support employees through the claims and leave processes, coordinate return-to-work activities, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the employee experience while helping manage organizational risk and controlling claim costs.
