This position performs bookkeeping/accounting functions that involve maintaining company financial data and compliance. Will include keeping accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, daily financial entries and reconciliations, as well as, monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and Word. Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, able to multi-task and practice sound judgment. Three years' experience in clerical work of business related field. Prefer 2-3 years' experience in Bookkeeping.
