Position Overview

The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily transactions, and supporting the finance team with reporting. This role ensures compliance with company policies and supports operational decision-making through accurate bookkeeping.

Annual Salary: $35,000

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger)
• Maintain accurate financial records for assigned departments or locations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management
• Monitor budgets and assist in expense tracking
• Support audits and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for financial documentation
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve accounting processes
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay: $35,000 annually

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Onsite
• Full-time, typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of finance and bookkeeping principles
