LK Jordan is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in downtown San Antonio. This company is looking for a dedicated worker who thrives in a team environment and looking for a long term career path. Schedule is Monday- Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm. Pay starts at $20!
RESPONSIBILITIES/ FUNCTIONS:

Provide accurate information about programs and services to clients, staff, and the public.

Deliver friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and by email.

Listen to client concerns, explain processes clearly, and help resolve issues with patience and empathy.

Handle, route, upload, and maintain client documents accurately and on time.

Direct calls, emails, and paperwork to the appropriate team members.

Update and maintain information in computer systems and databases.
-
Monitor lobby/waiting areas and address issues using good judgment.

Support call center data tracking and recordkeeping.

Work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Follow organizational policies and procedures, including emergency protocols.

Participate in required training and organizational initiatives, including Trauma-Informed Care efforts.

Support responsible data practices and use Generative AI tools ethically.

Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED at minimum.
- 1 year of inbound call center experience or customer service experience.
- Must be able to learn and use cloud applications such as Google GSuite applicaitons.
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening test.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
