LK Jordan is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in downtown San Antonio. This company is looking for a dedicated worker who thrives in a team environment and looking for a long term career path. Schedule is Monday- Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm. Pay starts at $20!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/ FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide accurate information about programs and services to clients, staff, and the public.

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and by email.

  • Listen to client concerns, explain processes clearly, and help resolve issues with patience and empathy.

  • Handle, route, upload, and maintain client documents accurately and on time.

  • Direct calls, emails, and paperwork to the appropriate team members.

  • Update and maintain information in computer systems and databases.

  • Monitor lobby/waiting areas and address issues using good judgment.

  • Support call center data tracking and recordkeeping.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

  • Follow organizational policies and procedures, including emergency protocols.

  • Participate in required training and organizational initiatives, including Trauma-Informed Care efforts.

  • Support responsible data practices and use Generative AI tools ethically.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma or GED at minimum.

- 1 year of inbound call center experience or customer service experience.

- Must be able to learn and use cloud applications such as Google GSuite applicaitons.

- Must have a valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening test.

- Spanish speaking preferred.
