About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Czech and English to join an international support team. You will handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues across communication channels while ensuring a high standard of service quality.
This is a remote position, but candidates must already be residing in Portugal. Relocation is not provided.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Native or fluent Czech (mandatory)
