Customer Service Representative

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, pleasant manner
• Maintain customer relationships with referring physician offices and patients
• Work with multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Work closely with technologist, radiologist and other departments in the company
• Evenings and Weekends Availability Required

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills; able to perform multi-tasks; maintain confidentiality

Experience: At least 1-2 years in a physician office setting strongly preferred
