Customer Service Representative

Federal Heath Sign Company is an electrical retail signage company experiencing growth and seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Sign Maintenance division in our north Houston TX location (Greenspoint area).

About the Role
We are seeking a highly customer-focused, detail-driven individual to assist our customers with maintenance inquires and service calls.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives when working individually and with a small team.  More than anything, those who succeed in this role are those who truly enjoy finding solutions for our valued customers.  In this role you’ll collaborate with customers, service technicians, and your onsite team to ensure calls are handled swiftly and accurately, and with exceptional service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Making and taking phone calls, submitting various work orders
• Obtaining updates and status reports from technicians and subcontractors
• Updating customers on the status of the work and/or updating cloud-based customer websites with current and accurate details


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A minimum of two years of experience in customer service in an office setting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include: Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
• Sign or Construction industry experience strongly desired.
• Outstanding phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Good written & verbal communication skills.​​​​​​​
• Ability to work well independently as well as in teams.

JOB DETAILS

• Monday- Friday
• Casual attire 
• Onsite until fully trained.  Once trained, work from home 1 day per week.  
• Pre-employment physical and drug screen prior to start date required
