Dental Patient Coordinator

Premier Dental Center located in New Braunfels, TX is a state-of-the-art family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the welcoming face that guides our patients through their dental care journey. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5pm

Compensation: $20-$24/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
• Assist with light office upkeep (laundry, trash, restocking supplies, etc.)

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience as a dental patient coordinator/dental front office is required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
