Position Summary: We're seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Strategist to own and elevate our digital presence across website design, social media, and integrated digital campaigns with an AI focus and maximizing LLM (large language model) for both product and service offerings. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — you'll shape how our brand shows up online, drive engagement across digital channels, and ensure our digital footprint reflects a credible, differentiated voice in the markets we serve.
Key Responsibilities: Website & Digital Experience
Own website strategy, design, and ongoing optimization to support brand positioning, lead generation, and user experience
Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion-focused design for campaigns and product launches
Monitor site performance (traffic, engagement, conversion) and make data-driven improvements
Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all web properties
Social Media & Content
Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) for both company and executive brand presence
Create and curate compelling content tailored to product and service audiences
Build and maintain a social content calendar aligned with broader marketing and campaign priorities
Track social performance metrics and adjust strategy based on engagement and reach
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Translate business and marketing goals into integrated digital strategies spanning web, social, and digital advertising
Collaborate with marketing leadership to align digital initiatives with pipeline and revenue targets
Stay current on digital trends, platform changes, and emerging tools (including AI-powered marketing capabilities) to keep strategy fresh and competitive
Champion the integration of AI and LLM tools into digital strategy to enhance efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications.
Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role, with hands-on website design and social media management experience
Demonstrated experience marketing both products and services digitally
Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent) and ability to translate data into action
Experience with website platforms/CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS) and social media management tools
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Ability to travel up to 10% yearly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, RPO, staffing, or adjacent markets — you understand the buyer and the industry
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or equivalent) and CRM integration
Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, design, or digital strategy
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
