Human Resources (HR) Generalist – The Dinerstein Companies – Houston, TX
The HR Generalist provides comprehensive human resources support across various functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive employee experience.
Core Responsibilities
General Support
· Prepare and distribute payroll variance reports to management, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Employee Relations
· Manage employee offboarding processes, including termination notices, separation communications, exit documentation, and communication of trends and recommendations to HR leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
· 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
· Familiarity with HRIS systems
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
