Our interventional pain management clinic is seeking a highly capable and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team! As a key member of our front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Check patients in and out using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and coordinate with providers
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical reception experience preferred
• Proficiency in EMR systems (training provided if needed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (some flexibility with scheduling may be required)
