Training Schedule: 8-10 weeks, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Production Schedule: Monday - Friday | you will be scheduled for a shift between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

About the Role:
As a Benefits Call Center Representative, you’ll support employees by answering incoming calls and helping them understand their healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options. You’ll handle a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems and may also assist with back-office tasks like claims processing and general administrative work.
Your strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to deliver excellent customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $32,760 - $40,950.
