  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Support client services by processing orders, returns, or payments accurately using Microsoft Office tools and other software.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clarity.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client services is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer interactions.
