Pay: $17/hour- Please note this pay rate may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

About the Role
As a Retirement Benefits Call Center Representative, you will support participants by answering inbound calls related to pension and retirement benefits. You will assist callers with questions regarding defined benefit pension plans, payments, account information, required documentation, and next steps.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering professional and empathetic customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Requirements
We’re looking for team members who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume call center environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous customer service and call center experience
- Pension or retirement benefits experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to explain pension and retirement benefit information clearly and professionally
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive or complex inquiries
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass required background screening and drug test
Key Duties
- Answer inbound calls regarding pension and retirement benefit inquiries
- Assist participants with questions related to pension plans, payments, forms, and account information
- Research and resolve participant concerns professionally and efficiently
- Review and explain required documentation and next steps to callers
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure timely issue resolution
Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $35,280-$44,100.
