Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for mid-level management and technical positions.
• Build and maintain proactive partnerships with internal and external clients to understand staffing needs.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Lead recruitment strategy meetings and act as a subject matter expert on hiring practices.
• Serve as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams, guiding all parties through the hiring process.
• Gather and analyze industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
• Ensure consistency with recruiting policies and procedures.
• Generate recruitment reports and track candidate data for each assignment.
• Lead special recruitment projects and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of recruiting experience in retail, corporate, consumer, or supply chain sectors
• Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment processes
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, negotiate, and partner effectively across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in change management and adaptability in work style
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and interpret data

Preferences

• Experience supporting an international multi-brand business
• MBA or advanced degree
