Technical Support Representative

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Technical Support Representative
• Location: South Houston
• Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
• Hours: 8am - 5pm
• Duration: Temp - Hire
• Description of Duties: Provide technical troubleshooting and support for electronic products, including lighting and Wi-Fi devices. Assist customers by diagnosing issues, identifying solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Requirements: At least 2 years of troubleshooting experience with electronics or technology, such as IT/computer systems, cell phones, consumer electronics, or technical support. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of electronic devices.
