Here’s What You Need

·      H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

·      Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.

 

 

What You Will Do

·      Meets the needs of patients, physicians, and staff through strong organization, communication, and attention to safety.

·      Communicates effectively and adapts interactions to patient‑specific needs while reducing potential risks.

·      Collaborates using the Professional Practice Model, supporting teamwork and welcoming new staff.

·      Adjusts to changing schedules and workload demands to meet patient and unit needs.

·      Advocates for patients and maintains accurate documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory standards.

·      Demonstrates accountability by following personnel policies and maintaining essential Unit Secretary skills.

·      Contributes to quality and safety by identifying inefficient processes, participating in improvement efforts, and adhering to National Patient Safety Goals.
