Work hours:
· Full Time/Nights (7P – 7A)
· Weekend and holiday requirements)

Here’s What You Need:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent required
· No experience required
· CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention training within 90 days and maintained annually required
· Possess organization skills to function in a fast-paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Do:
· Perform all tasks to meet the needs of physicians, staff, patients, and other customers
· Interactions include consideration for patient population specific needs
· Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in schedule and/or workload assignment necessary to meet changing needs of the individual patient or unit
· Acceptable use of interpersonal relationship skills and communication with patients, families, co-workers, physicians, all disciplines and other customers
· Serves as a patient advocate
