- Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Processing of debtors and creditors
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Capturing and maintaining financial records on Xero
- Assisting with monthly financial reporting
- General office administration and support
- Assisting management with ad hoc administrative and financial tasks
- Senior Certificate
- Bookkeeping / Financial Certificate or Diploma
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
