Client Manager - Bookkeeper Accountant

Job Description: Client Manager 

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and performing the month-end close process (Reconciliations, Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis, etc.) for a group of our clients with support and direction from the Accounting Director, in collaboration with the team CPAs. This is a full-cycle accounting role working to help solve problems for your clients and prepare tax returns as needed. There are also opportunities for participation in special projects for our clients as well as a multitude of training opportunities that provide further growth and learning experience.

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial analysis 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships 
• Experience in managing a portfolio of client accounts 
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; ie. QuickBooks Online, ADP Run Payroll, Adobe MS Office
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment 
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices 
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Job Type : Full-Time - In office (Hybrid or Remote schedule possible for the right candidate)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $20+ per hour based on experience
