The Team You’ll Be Joining

We are a lean, high-performing 3-person marketing team operating with a strategic, data-driven approach, leveraging cutting-edge AI agents across all functions. We prioritize quality engagement and pipeline velocity over generic volume.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can own our complete content strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for all content across the customer journey, from facilitating thought leadership that positions our executives as industry experts, to creating technical product content that enables sales, to producing customer communications that drive adoption.

You'll be the storyteller and voice of Nezasa, working closely with our VP of Marketing and ABM & Demand Generation Manager to create content that educates, engages, and converts our target accounts in the travel technology space.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Production

- Facilitate executive thought leadership content (coordinate interviews, video production, speaking opportunities)

- Write and publish SEO-optimised blog articles aligned with demand generation goals

- Produce quarterly eBooks including flagship Annual Packaging Trends report

- Develop buyer's guides for Airlines and Tour Operators

- Create customer case studies coordinating with CX team

Sales & Product Content

- Create sales battlecards, enablement materials, master decks, and positioning guides

- Develop product feature video content and release materials

- Build solution library showcasing use cases

- Write brochures, one-pagers, and FAQ content

Campaign & ABM Content

- Write email copy, ad copy, and landing page content for campaigns

- Create personalised content for 1-to-1 and 1-to-Many ABM programmes

- Develop content briefs for campaign execution

Communications

- Create customer newsletters and product webinar materials

- Develop social media content and manage community engagement

- Support analyst relations content (Gartner, Forrester)

Events & Webinars

- Manage webinar production (logistics, platform, recordings, follow-up)

- Create pre-event content and promotional materials

- Develop event-related communications

Website & Brand

- Write and optimise website content

- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency

- Execute on brand positioning across all materials

You'll Succeed If You

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or travel technology

- Exceptional writing skills across diverse formats - blogs, eBooks, case studies, video scripts, sales collateral

- B2B experience with complex buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles

- SEO knowledge - keyword research, optimisation, and content performance

- Video content experience - scripting, coordinating production

- Strong project management skills managing multiple content projects simultaneously

- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and SEO tools

- Near Native or Fluent English Level

- Based in Portugal or willing to work Portugal hours

- Self-directed with ability to work independently in a small team environment

Nice to Have

- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality technology

- Video production skills (shooting, editing)

- Familiarity with ABM content strategies

- Understanding of SaaS metrics and analytics

Interview Process

  1. Initial screening call (30 minutes) - Culture fit and basic qualifications
  2. Deep-dive interview with line manager (60 minutes) - Technical skills, experience, and strategic thinking
  3. Skills assessment - Content planning and production scenario
  4. Final interview (60 minutes) - Leadership interview and offer discussion
