Customer Service Representative

Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to represent our company in a call center environment. This forward-facing role is on the front lines of Bacon, and is key to our mission of providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment promptly and professionally
• Address inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or promotions
• Document customer interactions and update records in ServiceTitan as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
• Monitor emails, text messages, and virtual leads
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Commit to growing knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical trade services to provide the most informed help possible

• 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or telemarketing role preferred
• Experience with a Plumbing, HVAC, or Electric service provider in any capacity is preferred
• Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

The pay for this role is competitive and based on experience. Multiple shifts available.
