Customer Service Representative/Order Intake Coordinator

CBG Surveying is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Garland office as a Customer Service Representative / Order Intake Coordinator. This role is essential in delivering an excellent client experience while ensuring accurate and efficient processing of survey orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat 
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first approach 
• Schedule land surveys, confirm appointments, and manage timelines 
• Accurately enter, update, and track client orders in internal systems 
• Coordinate with surveyors and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow 
• Monitor orders from intake through completion and follow up as needed 
• Provide clear information on services, pricing, and turnaround times 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate 
• Support administrative tasks and maintain organized communication 

• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience (surveying, title, construction, or real estate preferred) 
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred 
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and order-entry/CRM systems 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
