Career Summary:
The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support a high-performing Communications and Strategic Engagement team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be part of an amazing team to power communications and marketing effectiveness. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will primarily design and build email campaigns and digital publications in HubSpot®. You will manage and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, list management, data quality, performance analysis, and regular reporting to vested stakeholders. You will also build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), LinkedIn, and other platforms such as Meta, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic networks.
In this role, you will be a key contributor, collaborating and co-creating in partnership with a group of communicators, marketers and channel specialists. Together, this growing team is building a modern, data-driven digital marketing function that brings The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) mission and vision to life through thoughtful, high-impact campaigns and engagement strategies to support business goals.
Moreover, as a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will combine creativity with operational excellence, building both paid and organic campaigns, solving problems, working with data, and continuously improving the digital experience, including hands-on experience launching, managing, and refining campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and similar paid media platforms.
