Flight Coordinator and Customer Service Representative

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Reports To: Operational Control Center Manager

Job Summary:

Our Flight Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives are responsible for coordinating flight schedules, providing excellent customer service, and planning detail-oriented operational logistics. This position plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and customer-focused flight operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily flight scheduling and operational logistics
• Monitor flights, weather, NOTAMs, and aircraft status
• Communicate with flight crews, maintenance, FBOs, and clients
• Arrange catering, airlines, hotels, and ground transportation
• Maintain accurate operational records and trip documentation, including itineraries and trip sheets
• Provide exceptional support in a fast-paced aviation environment
• Stocking and interior cleaning of aircraft
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• College/technical degree required (does not have to be related)
• Previous customer service experience, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Part 91/135 dispatch or aviation operations experience
• Experience and proficiency with Schedaero/Avinode/Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, weather systems, and flight planning tools
