Front Counter Customer Service Representative

Hiring Immediately - Join the Admiral Cleaners’ team now as a front counter customer service representative at our Severna Park location.

Schedule available: Monday- Friday 2 - 7pm; Saturdays 9-2pm; plus fill-in days; NO SUNDAYS

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve clients dropping off and picking up clothing. Engage with clients to enhance relationships.
• Provide product and service information and assistance to clients in a friendly manner.
• Maintain client accounts with current and accurate information.
• Resolve client problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you.
• Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy (data entry).
• Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up.
• Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage.
• Keep work areas need and clean at all times.
