This position is responsible for managing the financial operations of a growing automotive service business. Applicants must have real bookkeeping and accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage the accounting responsibilities of a small but growing company.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a professional who understands the financial operations of a business and can help maintain accurate financial records, support business growth, and ensure the financial organization of the company.

Faevaa Detail World is a professional hand car wash and automotive detailing facility located in Houston, Texas. Our company operates in a fast-paced service environment focused on delivering elite-level automotive care.

As our business grows, we are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting & HR Manager who will be responsible for maintaining the financial health and organization of the business.

This role will oversee bookkeeping, payroll coordination, accounts payable, accounts receivable, HR administration, and financial organization for the company.

The individual hired for this role will play an important part in helping the business grow and scale as we expand into additional locations in the future.

Compensation & Evaluation Period

Starting pay for this position is $25.00 per hour.

All new hires will begin with a 90-day evaluation and probationary period.

After the 90-day evaluation period, compensation may be reviewed based on:

• Job performance
• Financial organization and accuracy
• Ability to manage accounting operations effectively
• Overall contribution to the growth of the business

Any pay increases after the evaluation period are not guaranteed and will depend on performance and the financial condition of the business at that time.

$500 Sign-On Bonus

Faevaa Detail World offers a $500 sign-on bonus for this position.

To qualify, the employee must:

• Successfully complete the 90-day evaluation period
• Maintain active employment for 90 consecutive days
• Demonstrate satisfactory job performance

The sign-on bonus will be issued as a $500 Visa prepaid gift card after the 90-day employment milestone.

Initial Work Schedule (First 30 Days)

During the first 30 days of employment, the schedule will be:

Monday – Friday
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Weekends Off

This initial schedule allows management to properly evaluate the candidate and ensure the role is a good fit for both the employee and the company.

Standard Work Schedule (After First 30 Days)

After the initial 30-day evaluation period, the schedule will transition to a full-time schedule, such as:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
or
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Final scheduling will be determined based on business needs.

Although this position is primarily Monday through Friday, applicants must maintain open availability in the event occasional weekend meetings or business discussions are required.

Payroll Information

• Employees are paid weekly
• Paydays occur every Friday
• Pay periods run Monday through Sunday
• Payment is issued through direct deposit

Position Overview

The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the accounting operations and financial organization of the business.

This individual will oversee the company’s financial records, vendor payments, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and general administrative accounting functions.

The candidate must be capable of working independently and maintaining accurate financial systems for the business.

Core Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping operations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
• Managing accounts payable (vendor invoices, bills, expense tracking)
• Managing accounts receivable (customer invoices, payments, collections tracking)
• Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts and financial statements
• Maintaining organized financial documentation
• Managing vendor relationships and payment schedules
• Processing and tracking customer invoices and payments
• Working with the company’s point-of-sale systems and payment processing platforms
• Managing data from Shopmonkey business management software
• Assisting with payroll coordination and employee payroll records
• Tracking employee commissions and compensation records
• Maintaining employee HR documentation and records
• Assisting with employee onboarding paperwork and documentation
• Monitoring company expenses and financial organization
• Preparing financial summaries and reports for management review
• Assisting with budgeting, financial projections, and expense tracking
• Preparing organized financial documentation for tax preparation and CPA review
• Maintaining secure and confidential employee and financial records

Software & Systems Used

The candidate should be comfortable learning and working with business management systems including:

• Shopmonkey shop management software
• Point-of-sale systems
• Credit card processing platforms
• Business accounting software
• Payroll provider platforms
• Invoice management systems

Experience with small business accounting systems is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Experience maintaining financial records and documentation
