Summary

We are seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Personnel for an Inbound Customer Service Representative position. The primary responsibilities of the Inbound Customer Service Representative involve taking inbound calls in the call center handling various customer service issues. Responsibilities:
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:

• Handle inbound customer service and inside sales calls from multiple sources.
• Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport.
• Convert new customer inquiries into sales by identifying solutions and upselling opportunities for existing customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with every contact with potential and current customers.
• Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
• Provide a positive customer service/sales experience that will retain and promote customer loyalty in accordance with company processes and policies.

Requirements:
The primary requirements of an Inbound Customer Service Representative involve.:

• Ability to work within a team atmosphere.
• Call center experience a plus but not required.
• Experience performing/delivering high quality customer service to customers.
• Any sales experience a plus.
• Ability to solve problems and present information clearly to customers.

Salary: $15.00 per hour plus commission if eligible. Overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek.
