Medical Receptionist Needed for Full Time and PRN

Description

This position is the face of the clinic and you must have a friendly outgoing personality with a positive attitude.  Be available to work at least 2 weekends a month and evenings.

The responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to:

• Greeting patients and other visitors 
• Patient registration and accepts payments for physician/clinic services. 
• Monitors Patient flow
• Receives and directs busy multi-line phone system
• Verify insurance
• Collect co-pays, deductibles and any outstanding balances
• Balancing cash/credit card receipts
• Maintain faxes daily

  The full time position qualifies for paid time off, bonuses, paid holidays and can elect vision/dental and IRA  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available to work weekends and evenings (a must)
• Experience in medical office preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solver 
• Customer Service Orientation
• Dependable
• Fast learner
