patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verifications, financial collections, and administrative support while maintaining exceptional customer service. The Patient Access Representative plays a critical role in the organizations revenue cycle by ensuring accurate demographic information, insurance eligibility, authorizations, referrals, and financial documentation prior to the patient's appointment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice.
