Title: Remote Care Technical Support Representative

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Duration: 12 Month with possibility of extension or conversion

100% Onsite

Shift: 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri)

Position Summary:

Join the SJM Remote Care Technical Support team supporting the Cardiomems group. Handle patient calls, submit replacement equipment orders, and provide technical support in a high-volume call center environment. Training and phone mentoring will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
  • Submit orders for replacement equipment.
  • Accurately log calls and enter data using prescribed tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot patient issues. Ensure proper handling of patient information.
  • Collaborate with clinical, IT and field teams.

Must Have Requirements:

  • Computer skills a must.
  • Strong attention to detail, Excellent customer service skills.
  • Active listening and communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • 1-2 years exp or Associates with 3-5 exp will work.
  • Operational support background (sales/tech support) will work in lieu of medical exp.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish) but not required.
  • Medical background preferred.
  • Bachelor's preferred.
  • Technical aptitude preferred.
