We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support our client's growing team. Work from home and provide top-notch assistance to travelers and passengers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about travel services and bookings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous sales experience is mandatory!
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- EU member state passport, a valid residence card for Portugal, an expression of interest or a job-seeker visa (a MUST)
