Do you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and turning conversations into results? TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Denison is looking for an outgoing, confident, and motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to help customers plan their moves, follow up with leads, book business, and represent our company in the local community.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You’ll be helping customers, solving problems, and actively contributing to sales growth.

What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as one of the first points of contact for potential and existing customers while helping drive new business.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Provide accurate moving estimates and service information
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing leads
• Ask for the sale and help convert inquiries into booked moves
• Schedule moves and accurately enter customer information
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the moving process
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally
• Build relationships with apartment communities, real estate professionals, property managers, and local businesses
• Distribute marketing materials and help develop referral relationships
• Represent TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® at networking events, Chamber events, mixers, and other community activities
• Maintain organized records and follow-up activity

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable talking to people and isn’t afraid to ask for the business.

The ideal candidate is:

• A strong verbal and written communicator
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound customer conversations
• Persuasive without being pushy
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems
• Professional when interacting with customers and community partners
• Comfortable representing the company at local events

Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, hospitality, retail, leasing, insurance, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.

Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Compensation

$15–$17 per hour + commission

In addition to hourly pay, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission based on booked moves and sales performance.
