As an SEO Specialist, you’re the expert called when standard approaches fail. You’ll diagnose ranking plateaus, identify hidden technical issues, and reverse-engineer the strategies behind top-ranking competitors. You support our Strategic and Elite clients, businesses in competitive markets who need more than templated solutions.

You’ll use traditional tools (Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs) alongside AI systems (Claude, ChatGPT, internal modules) to research faster and think deeper. The AI will amplify your expertise, not replace it.

This role is for someone who comes alive when faced with complex challenges, trusts data over assumptions, and explains the “why” behind their recommendations with absolute clarity.

• Solve ranking mysteries: Diagnose why clients plateau or decline even when fundamentals appear correct identifying subtle technical, competitive, or content-driven causes.
• Architect custom SEO strategies: Build roadmaps for situations where generic playbooks fail: highly competitive markets, content gaps, technical constraints, ranking volatility, or algorithm shifts.
• Perform forensic competitor analysis: Reverse-engineer competitor advantages by identifying what’s actually driving their success, not just what tools claim.
• Drive retention through results: Identify why Strategic/Elite accounts underperform and create fix-it plans that help retain clients and prove ROI.
• Validate strategic accuracy: QA completed SEO tasks for strategic intent, not just completion to ensure execution aligns with your diagnosis and strategy.
• Translate complexity into clarity: Break down technical SEO issues for non-technical account managers and clients in simple, confidence building language.
• Advance our AI systems: Document problem solving patterns and solutions that help train our internal automation and recommendation engines.
• Serve as an expert resource: Support implementation teams when they encounter edge cases, unclear ranking signals, or unusual site challenges.

Your thinking will directly determine whether high-value clients stay, grow, or churn. You won’t just optimize websites, you’ll solve business problems through structural SEO strategy.

✅ What We Really Need From You

• 3+ years of senior-level SEO experience, owning strategy and results (agency or multi-client environment strongly preferred).
• Deep technical SEO mastery: site architecture, JavaScript rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, robots rules, indexing issues, migration troubleshooting.
• Strategic diagnostic ability: You can look at Search Console, Analytics, and ranking trends and spot the story others miss.
• A proven problem-solving portfolio: Demonstrated wins solving non-obvious SEO issues that produced measurable ranking or traffic improvements.
• AI-augmented workflow: Comfortable using AI tools to analyze data, generate ideas, and accelerate research while knowing when human judgment overrides machine output.
• Business-first thinking: You understand how SEO impacts revenue, retention, cancellations, and lifetime value, not just keyword positions.
• Exceptional English communication: Clear, concise writing that explains complex SEO logic to clients and internal teams.
• Teaching mindset: Ability to support and elevate Creative Implementation Specialists with clear guidance, feedback, and accessible explanations.
• Intellectual curiosity: You stay ahead of algorithm changes, test theories, and continuously refine your understanding of search behavior.
