In this fully remote role, you'll provide exceptional technical support to customers across the United States in a 24/7/365 environment. You'll troubleshoot Windows PCs, networking issues, and Uniguest's proprietary software while guiding customers through solutions with patience, professionalism, and confidence.
No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to solve a variety of technical challenges, develop your troubleshooting skills, and make a meaningful impact by helping customers get back up and running quickly.

What You'll Do
This is a fully remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to grow your technical expertise while working with a collaborative team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support.
Scheduled Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday
Scheduled Hours: 6:00AM-2:30PM Central Standard Time.
