Danish Speaker Customer Service Representative | Remote Portugal
Location: Portugal (Remote – based in Braga)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00

In this position, you will handle customer inquiries across different channels, provide professional support, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Fluent Danish speaker (C2+)
Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
Solution-oriented and proactive approach
Comfortable working in a remote international environment
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Base Salary: 1500€ (14 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day
Complexity Bonus: 80€ per month (11 months)
Position Bonus (Braga): 20€ per month (12 months)
